Their Story
IGCSE Unlocked started during the Founder's own IGCSE journey, when they realized how overwhelming it could be to find resources that were truly useful, syllabus-specific, and genuinely assisted with understanding and exam performance.
Intending to make IGCSE preparation more manageable for their peers, they began by sharing the resources, advice, and strategies they had discovered themselves. Remarkably, what started as a small blog has rapidly grown into a global community of over 10K students, with their content reaching over 1M views and multiple videos reaching tens of thousands of students. Students regularly interact through comments, DMs, and stories, asking for specific subject advice, as well as applicable exam preparation techniques that truly boost their performance.
"I have now completed my own IGCSEs, but I decided to continue IGCSE Unlocked because I have seen how much students value having resources and advice from someone who has recently gone through the same process. The account is evolving beyond simply sharing notes --- I'm working towards creating more practical, genuinely useful resources designed to help students get better results, while continuing to share free content with the community," says the Founder.
Today, IGCSE Unlocked attracts daily students who are seeking IGCSE-related and exam-specific guides, reinforcing the importance of accessibility and relatability in education. Aiming to expand the account into A-Levels content as the Founder embarks on their A-Levels journey, IGCSE Unlocked promises to support students beyond just one exam stage.
